I utilised your software package to update my strong 4669x and soon after booting I noticed lock over the screen.I made an effort to unlock it by dialing 0000 And that i afterwards saw that the decoder was frozen although the lock wasn't there and all the channels was vanished.The decoder has become frozen.What need to I do?@ndairo, If the strong d
